What a letdown. I ordered carry-out, arrived 10 minutes later, and still had to wait 15 minutes. The food, while decent, wasn't as good as expected. $13+ for a hotdog and the Cajun fries were excessively seasoned. Maybe that's how they always are? It was my first time and an all-around disappointing experience.
This HAS to be the slowest Five Guys ever. Orders taking well over 10 minutes when store was empty on a Sunday. Plenty of staff but man, no one really moving anything forward. Food was cold. Burger wasn't wrapped correctly so it fell apart in the bag. Mushrooms were dirty, tasted weird. Ordered Cajun fries, got regular instead.
The fryers were covered in salt. I could not eat them and if I had, I would’ve had a stroke from the amount of salt on those. Absolutely unsafe and not edible. Had it delivered so hopefully the delivery will give me a refund. If I was in the store, I would’ve made them eat a handful all at once in front of me.
