People never know who is who and why is customer services so important when running a company especially in the fast food industry. I contact them as well as walked in and the customer service was horrible as if I was not even standing there so I stepped outside and gave a call in front of the actual door and they answered but wasn’t very pleasant turned around and hung up on me. Great Eats, Always .
Clean inside just unfriendly staff in 2021. They accused me of public drunk but I still eat there from time to time. I wasn't drunk. Staff are more friendly nowadays.
The five guys at the centerville location has great customer service, very friendly.
