It has been a minimum of 10 years since I've stepped into a Five Guys restaurant. So happy that I did!!! Exactly the same menu board, 5 people working the ordering and food preparation. They were all in sync with each other. Extremely professional and attentive to what I was ordering and quantifying the specifics right down to the mustard and ketchup. This is one of the worst five guys I’ve ever been to, been multiple times nothing is ever fresh. Burgers are always burnt and they are always skimping on portions. I always get my fries filled half way with no bag fries. One slice of cheese on a double cheeseburger, skimping on vegetables. How can you be stingy with basic toppings on a $13 burger? Staff are rude when you ask for more or bring it up to them. Only location I’ve been to that has these reoccurring issues.
