I usually love Five Guys, and while the food and service were good, my experience this time was a little disappointing. I had ordered four burgers, but was only given three. Thankfully, I realized while still in the store, so I had to place another order just to get the fourth one. One of the burgers I ordered was a bacon burger, but when I got home, I noticed there was no bacon on it even though I was charged for it. I also asked for A1 sauce but was given BBQ instead.
