Five guys always serves up one of best burgers around. Consistantly fresh every time! They take pride in providing a generous portion of their delicious, cooked to perfection fries, as well. No skimping there! Waiting time is at a minimal, as they are fast and efficient. If you are too hungry to wait, they even have self-serve peanuts, soooooo gooooood.

I would give zero stars for what happened tonight. It was a little after 5:00 pm. There was no one dining in the restaurant and no one in line. We stood at the counter ready to place our order and absolutely no one acknowledged us nor came to take our order at all. We stood there for a good 5-10 minutes before walking out. Five Guys used to be great a long time ago. The burger did not taste fresh and the fries tasted like the oil was old. Over $29 for a little burger, a little cheeseburger, a little fry and a large fry. The cheeseburger was soggy. No thanks! There are so many better options. I also used the lady’s room and the smell was awful. No need to hear a generic comment from the owner. There are enough poor reviews that something should be done. The founders of Five Guys would be sad and angry.
