I had a wonderful experience at Five Guys today. There was a small mistake with my order, as my sandwich came with cheese even though I hadn’t requested it. The employee was very kind and offered to make me a new one. At first, I declined, but she kindly prepared a completely new sandwich for me without cheese. She also took the time to write me a sweet apology note. I truly appreciated her kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Thank you so much!
Extremely expensive, had a burger fries and a shake over $24, I think they're going to be short-lived as soon as shake shack shows up, can't wait!
I normally like this place but a few days ago i ordered a bacon cheese burger and fries and i swear to god it was the worst shit i have ever eaten over salted and stale fries and the burger what absolutely horrible almost like its been sitting for a while before served
Went today October 4, around 2 pm and everything was amazing the cashier was so nice to us she even gave my kids some paper to draw on, it was nice to have a bilingual conversation with her, Best burgers ever
