I can't give a bad rating, but for 2 people to eat single burgers and share a regular fry with a regular shake, it was $42. That seems a little much to me. The food was good, but just not $42 good. I can get better for less at David's Burgers or a local diner in my town. Sorry. Still gave 4 stars because maybe it's just out of my budget and others who can afford it wouldn't be bothered by that. If I ignore the cost, it was a nice lunch. Service was good, place was clean, no complaints there at all.

I've been to a few other Five Guys' locations without any issues, but this has been by far the worst one. Franchise needs to be checked out by corporate ASAP. The place was filthy, food was overcooked, fries were soggy and unseasoned (cajun fries were terrible!), chocolate shake was funny tasting? somehow, and the associate that took our order was sassy and condesending. (The guy with a super noticable northern accent). How can they charge five guys prices and have worse quality control / employees than McDonald's?

3 hot dogs 2 large fries and 3 drinks 50$ plus tax yall should get shut down robbing people like that

Employees seem to give off the impression of being hard workers. Maybe they are. They are polite as well. Order is somehow incorrect. It was ordered online so there's no excuse like a communicfation problem. Burger was not supposed to have mayo, but did. It was missing mustard as well. The person eating the burger said the meat was good. I had a grilled cheese with mayo and BLT + jalapenos and grilled onions. I thought it was good even though by the time I could eat it, it was a bit cold. That's not on them but my point is t... read more
