Our daughter, who does not live in Williamsburg, told us about Dr. Moyer and Five Forks years ago. While at a race, on a Saturday, her dog got bit. Dr. Moyer was there. After checking the dog, he called ahead to his office and told my daughter to take him in immediately. When we moved from out of state, she referred us. Having the same Veterinarian, whom we loved, for 2 dogs we did not know what to expect. I cannot rave enough about the people from the front desk to Amanda our nurse to Dr. Moyer. I loved taking my cats to this clinic. The vets and techs really care about felines…Unfortunately, I had to stop going to this location because I moved to VB.
I decided to see Dr. Moyer today based on a enthusiastic recommendation from Zoom Room. My visit was outstanding. I walked into a clean, well-thought-out waiting room. I sat in a comfortable chair that had a cover on it - a welcome gift for those of us with little dogs. My Jack-Chi sat next to me, ears perked up, very alert to every sound. We were escorted into an exam room in a timely manner, where again, there were comfortable covered chairs and it was clean and inviting. This clinic is truly amazing. From the compassionate doctors to the friendly, welcoming staff, you can tell they genuinely care. Everyone is so considerate, and the front desk team is both efficient and kind. We take both of our dogs to Dr. Moyer and couldn’t be happier. Even my kids noticed how kind everyone was when they stopped by while practicing running errands—they came back talking about how nice the staff was. 100% recommend!
