I bought an Alex and Ani Steelers bracelet there and it has begun flaking. None of my other 3 bracelets that I have bought from the actual site have done that... Not sure if I would ever buy another from there again!
Went touristing in tarpon springs for the day. Stopped in to get a charm to fill a sectional the girl th at took off my bracelet used a charm to pry open the clasp. The bracelet is only 4 months old so it doesn't easily open. 4 people had to help me in total from adding charm to putting it in cleaner to someone taking it out because she said it was in too long to restringing the charms because half were backwards.
