My wife and I were renting a property through this agency and have since moved out. had the absolute misfortune of dealing with john la vela, he was rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. He made inappropriate comments, refused to listen , instead he was yelling and abusing. Whenever I asked for clarification or raised a question, he would snap at me and make me feel stupid for even asking. The constant dismissive attitude was exhausting This is completely unacceptable behavior for someone who is supposed to be a professional.Save yourself the headache, the stress, and the emotional abuse.
