Really disappointing experience. Customer service was poor from the start, and the manager was rude and unprofessional when I brought up my concerns. What annoyed me most was the car wasn’t cleaned properly, there was still dirt and dust in the seat crevices and hardware (see photo), which a basic clean should’ve caught. Then they still wanted me to pay extra for a “detailed cleaning” that wouldn’t have been needed if they’d done the job right the first time. Wouldn’t go back.
