I have no complaints! Everyone was pleasant and professional and showed compassion at the fact our furnace wasn't working. Anthony came out to look at it. He took the time to explain what was going on and walk me through all of the possible options. He's even going to take the extra step to call the furnace maker to see if ordering a new part is worth it given our furnace situation. He went above and beyond. I'll be a return customer.

Five Diamonds Heating and Air was wonderful to work with when we needed to replace our 23-year-old AC and furnace. All with whom I worked (Terry, Angie, Anthony, and the install crew) were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient... and fairly-priced. I highly recommend this local, family-owned company. Great communication and service!

Hello, Five Diamonds Heating & Air, Inc. -- Thank you for being professional and friendly and prompt to address any issues with my furnace or AC unit. I just had HVAC done after 36year of not doing it. Couldn’t believe the process how great and smooth they were when they came to my home. My mother absolutely love Caleb Clark, Shout-out to him. and other employees for making this process simple to easy go clean. The team at Five Diamond’s was respectfuI and professional.
