Horrible cleaning experience! Bought a Groupon coupon that was supposed to cover three rooms and a hallway. He really likes to charge up for everything and charge me $10 driving fee charge me $16 pre-spot charge me an extra $45 to do my staircase. Showed up to my house reeking of tobacco smell! Complained that my carpets were dirty complained that he had to sit in traffic to drive to my home. As you can see the pictures of my carpet he basically did nothing but put water on them!
RecommendedQuite possibly the worst experience with carpet cleaning ever. All Paul, the Owner/Operator did the entire time was complain about how he doesn't make any money on Groupon deals. Then he likes to up-charge the pre-treatment or as he told my girlfriend, its required and if the person says they don't want pre-treatment over the phone he says he's too busy to schedule an appointment.
