Overall this shop is AWFUL. They don't allow you to buy parts yourself and put them in for you (red flag) but instead buy from overpriced part dealers like nappa (which I'm sure the shop gets a nice deal but you won't get a bit of that at all) and force you to pay the highest price. Very sad, especially since they are one of the very few mechanic shops in the area they feel they can take advantage of poor people's wallets rather than give you a good price nor good service.
