Missi was amazing! She set me up with an awesome auto loan with a wonderful interest rate and several other banking features that I will love! I appreciate how everything was carefully explained. I'm truly getting an excellent value for my money. It takes some getting used to, the electronic customer service methods, but it's the future and I'm here for it when customer service is still done face to face. Thank you Ancorum, I love credit unions and feel right at home here!
Not a great experience at all just leave it at that pretty poor specially in the lobby I see why the bank has a 3 out of 5 rating
This bank is crooked as heck. Came in to deposit money out of a VA disability check and they treated me as a criminal. Actually reported me to the IRS. Laughable bank
