Called to have a very simple repair done. Was told that because I had 3rd party insurance, which is harder to take advantage of and holds shops to a higher standard Of integrity, that they needed 50$ on top of the 100$ deductible for a job that bills 1.2 book hours. Why do you need that 50$ for something that’s almost covered up front with the deductible? Total labor is around 150$ and part is provided. My Radiator blew and me and my brother were stranded. I was able to get my truck here and the owner gave us a ride. I don’t know what else we would have done. If I could put more stars I would

I had my girlfriend's car repaired here recently. The suspension and steering were in rough shape. They fixed it up like new and at a decent price. They seemed very honest and didn't try to sell me on things that didn't need to be fixed. I wasn't happy about the 3% fee for using my card but I totally understand it. Business owners who work hard shouldn't have to pay out of their pocket for the greedy credit card companies to take a big cut.
