I only called Five Claw because of previous comments I read about their service. I spoke to Dave and set up an appointment for this morning. After the call I immediately received a confirmation message. I got a reminder message yesterday and this morning i received a message when he was enroute. My carpet was in dire need of cleaning. That was really evident to me after Dave left and I could see how clean it is now. I feel the cost was fair and I will not hesitate to call them in the future.
