Too early to decide. Right now, the rug stinks but waiting to see in the morning. I know it got several chemicals on it to combat the smell from mildew and pet stains.
They were very professional and the carpets look brand new.

The 2 workers were friendly, efficient, and professional! They got rid of all the spots on our white wall-to-wall carpet. And it didn't take long at all. They were done in less than 2 hours. We only had to stay off the carpet for 3-4 hours. We'll have them come again! And we won't wait so long this time!
