Can find some great stuff here for a decent price! Employees are friendly.
Today I visited the Monticello location after seeing online that the store had 8 of an item I was looking for. When I couldn’t find it on the floor, I asked two employees for help. The first employee tried to assist but said she wasn’t sure where the item would be located. I then asked another employee who was stocking shelves, and she quickly brushed me off, saying that if I didn’t see it, they probably didn’t have it — and that even if I ordered it online, the order would likely just be canceled.
