Left merchandise behind and called several times...no one would answer the phone.

The person at the register wouldn't let me return my online order. Lie #1: She said the order came from the Cleveland store. Lie #2: She said I'd have to go to Cleveland to return it. I called the Cleveland store that day, and the manager there said she never heard of such a thing. And, if you Google the Five Below return policy, it says you can return your online order to ANY STORE. This is just another example of lazy Mississippi Delta employees who feel self-entitled to not do their jobs. So watch out when you go to this ... read more
