Firstly, this 5 below is only open for like 6 hours a day. Secondly, they never have enough staff, been here twice in two days and the line has wrapped around the whole store. I left both times bc $2 candy isn’t worth waiting 20 minutes for lmao
I was buying something from the register the employee was giving attitude to my little brother. That’s so unprofessional. Need better employees 0/10
I stopped by this morning with a friend to get a phone charging cord. I asked the who was walking by... (manager) if she could help me. She kept walking but while walking, Her response was how can I help you if I don't know what you want...lol. My response to her was if you stop I can tell you what I need help with.. so she walked by me them walked back passing me and never even tried to help me.
