Estuve ayer en la tienda y la experiencia fue bastante decepcionante. Había muchísima gente y el lugar era un caos total: mercancía tirada por el suelo y las áreas muy desordenadas. Entiendo que es difícil que todos los clientes sean cuidadosos, pero es evidente que falta personal para mantener la tienda en condiciones básicas. The manager was extremely unhelpful and very unprofessional. I placed a pickup order at 11:20am with all items in stock and ready to pick up within 6 hours. I noticed I hadn’t received the order confirmation after the 6 hours had passed so I went to the store to confirm. I arrived to the store at almost 8pm to pick up my order and waited in line (as there was no pickup area to refer to). When I advised the attendant they stated I needed to talk to the manager.
