It is not necessary for the employees (heavy set young black male) to yell out we are closing in 9 minutes when customers walk in the door instead of welcoming them to Five Below. I said I know thank you! And when the last customer walked in the girl with the blue hair standing at the door said you have 30 seconds! I think this is just rude and unprofessional for a business to do this. I think they need additional training in customer service, common courtesy and manners.
I love this store, but one of the female cashiers is incredibly rude. She speaks to customers in very hostile tone at you. It makes the shopping experience very uncomfortable. Management needs to address her lack of professionalism. Being a discount store is no excuse for being disrespectful.
Very clean store. There were no boxes blocking the isle. The store was well stocked. Even the employees at the register were nice!
