Five Below has a huge selection of items at great prices. The store was clean and well organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The employees were very friendly and even greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. Excellent customer service and a great shopping experience!

I go into Five Below in Chardon often, and I am always greeted so kindly and warmly. The store is always beautifully kept, and the folks who work there go above and beyond with customer service. I randomly witnessed something the other day: someone came in and was pretty rude and unnecessary about a situation that had nothing to do with the store's workers.
