I asked a young lady for help in the makeup department and I had my book bag on my back and she said I'll get someone to help you and she sent some guy to watch me as if I was stealing, so the manager came over and helped me and when I checked out she wasn't there and it was smooth sailing after
I give Brittany and the Five Below Team 11 out of ten stars if I could. They were very helpful in helping me pick out the right items for my cat. If you know me, you know I love my cat. I brought different items to them to see what they thought was the better choice and they helped me every time. They greeted me when I walked in and when I left out which I loved because that doesn’t happen everywhere. They rock and I will definitely come back and shop there!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Found few remote control cars that are way better than some expensive ones sold everywhere
I love shopping at 5 below and the staffs is super friendly and helpful
This store needs to teach their associates on customer courtesy. Went to return an item with the original receipt and the associate told me no I can't return it. She didn't even tried or anything. Just straight no. So, I left and as I was leaving she made a childish remark to her co-worker and started laughing. Went to another store and got what I needed done with no problem.
