10/10 for michelle the district manager!!! i had a terrible experience with a 5 below location in canton and she handled it very professionally and went above n beyond to fix the problem and satisfy my needs , she is definitely the person for the job !!!
The store was clean. I was greeted as I walked in the door. As I was leaving, I was told to have a great night. Super friendly staff.
Employees distracted and too busy talking with one another. I heard one of the female workers talking on the phone inappropriately with kids around what I heard was just horrible there’s a time and place and this is definitely not the place to do that, especially in your work place i believe it was the employee Sam and Brooklyn. No longer will I be coming here because of these two girls unacceptable behavior.
Good selection but alot of broken items returned to shelves.
