Today, 7.16.25, I went to exchange a black 10 ft. cell phone charger at the Owings Mills, Maryland location. I was told by an associate that I could not make the exchange due to not having the original packaging even though I had the original receipt. He told me that the original packaging needed to be scanned to complete the exchange and that it would prove that I didn't get the charger from another retail store.
