One of the best Five Below stores.
First time going to a 5 below and they demand they hold onto my backpack while I browse. Not gonna let employee be responsible for my items and shame on Five Below putting their employees in the position of enforcing this policy. Employee physically touched me to get my attention. Ridiculous. On principle I don't shop at stores that make you feel like a criminal just by walking in the door. It's wrong and we shouldn't normalize it.
My granddaughters love ❤️ this place!
Went in there and a worker asked me to leave my bag by the register which would be okay if she did that for everyone. She did that for only a select few. She stopped me from collecting my bag. Got very annoyed with me that I was grabbing my bag. The whole interaction felt very targeted, there was a “theme” to the people she asked to leave their bags. She ignored the people coming in with Fanny packs and purses.
