Everything is all over the place can't find anything
I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent experience with customer service. A staff member (a younger male employee with braids or locs) directed me to scan my items at a specific register. I did not initially hear him and asked him to repeat himself. His response came across as dismissive and unprofessional, which made the interaction uncomfortable. This store should be shut down and a complete reset. For the past several months this location is a disaster. From empty shelves to product all over the floor to registers not working. There’s no possible way this location has an active manager- it’s horrible!
The small table I was going to buy was missing 2 of the bottom rubber parts. The store is a mess. Boxes everywhere, can't find anything, empty shelves. Quality and inventory has really gone downhill in the past few years.
