Everything is all over the place can't find anything
I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent experience with customer service. A staff member (a younger male employee with braids or locs) directed me to scan my items at a specific register. I did not initially hear him and asked him to repeat himself. His response came across as dismissive and unprofessional, which made the interaction uncomfortable.
