We had a great time today until the manager berated the employee in front of us. This was a little after 11:00 AM Sunday the 27th. When I was a manager at a restaurant, I always corrected my staff in private, not in front of our guests. I will not shop anywhere where the management mistreats their staff. Do better. Edit to add: The gentleman who was being berated was helping out from another store. The manager on duty berated someone who was helping out because her store is short staffed. Talk about insult to injury!
Buen ambiente y cosas baratas
So disappointed with the store!!!! I "used" to be a fan of 5 below, but the store has really changed!! I used to shop there and find a lot of merchandise that I wanted, but now I walk in there and don't see anything worth buying. The store has gotten so juvenile, the prices went up and the quality of their products went down. I actually discovered that dollar tree has better quality of their products than 5 below!! Don't shop at this store! It's like throwing money in the trash!!!
Friendly staff. Quick and easy return.
