Every time I visit a Five Below location it’s usually hectic and hard to find help. However, this visit was completely different thanks to Jessie . He went out of his way to assist me, was attentive, and he made the entire experience smooth. I was in and out in 10 minutes — which has never happened for me at a Five Below before! Excellent customer service makes all the difference. Thank you, JESSIE !
Lame they don't open on time they take 30 to 40 minutes to open after opening time n they didn't have anything I wanted
Wow I never right reviews on big brand stores but I feel like this employee that I had an encounter with today 01/25/2026 at 5pm Was absolutely the most kindest person ever and I just feel like he needs to be recognized for his kindness to a random stranger! ❤️ Thank You Matt !!
