The manager, Jessie, at this location goes out of his way to be welcoming and helpful! Jessie always has a smile and genuinely cares about his customers. I have many local choices for Five Below, but Jessie and his staff have made the Tower Shops my first choice by far. Always neat, clean, welcoming, and helpful, with customer service that can't be beat! Thank you!
I always enjoy stopping by this Five Below. You can find so many fun and affordable things here. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to browse. It’s a great place to pick up small items, gifts, or just something fun. The staff are friendly and the overall shopping experience is always pleasant.🤍
Every time I visit a Five Below location it’s usually hectic and hard to find help. However, this visit was completely different thanks to Jessie . He went out of his way to assist me, was attentive, and he made the entire experience smooth. I was in and out in 10 minutes — which has never happened for me at a Five Below before! Lame they don't open on time they take 30 to 40 minutes to open after opening time n they didn't have anything I wanted
