I absolutely love my local Five Below, I love the name, I love the way there super nice to you, You can find a lot of good products for good low prices but the reason it's only getting 4 stars is because of the fact that the products are sometimes very cheap made and don't hold up well, I bought a phone holder thats supposed to stick to my car and hold my phone up but after a minute of my phone being connected to i my phone and the phone holder fell, The video is the product I bought↓
They Greet everyone who enters. They have friendly faces. They have helpful staff. 3 stars for that. But, This location has few unique items. I’ve been to many that have so much more but the reason I only gave them 3 stars is due to their Return Policy. They will not return, exchange, give store credit or do anything without a receipt. I think that they are behind on the times with this policy or they need to update their system to a more updated version.
