I had purchased a book (around 2pm)on their website to pick up later today before closing time, I get a notification at 6pm saying my pick up order has been cancelled. I didn't cancel my order apperantly employees or management took it upon themselves to do the cancel. My guess is they took my order and sold it to someone else and canceled my purchase. Which is unacceptable.
They made changes to the store's layout that I personally don't particularly care for. I can't always find what I'm looking for. And when I do, the product is lacking. It's like they changed the Buyer for the store. The items for sale are not as good as they use to be a year ago.
