I’ve completed an online order over 3 days ago and this store has yet to fulfill my order. I’ve called the store several times and the phone just rings. I guess I’ll just have to report my issue to the corporate office. Extremely disappointed!
It's hard to get help here. E. G. 15 cent candy was completely out of bags and it was like pulling teeth to get at least one of the rolls replaced. Also, they have sold me equipment that doesn't work. I wish they wouldn't sell stale-dated candy. I got my favorite chocolate covered marshmallow candy here and when I went to eat it, the marshmallow was rock hard. I ate it after 9 pm so I couldn't call to complain. This is another chain of stores I like this is called 5 Below . This place i enjoy it for is because it should be about capturing everyone's imaginations and making dreams come true. To bring the dreams to every American Generation . I normally give a five, website says you have something( strawberryAlani, came here and asked if employees can look in the back. They won't so you lost a star. Maybe next time
