Arrived at 7:30pm and the store closed at 8:00pm. However when I arrived, the workers had decided to lock the doors early and ran and hide when I had tried to open the door. I would be more understanding if I had came a little closer to closing time but 30 minutes before is a bit crazy to just decide to lock up already. Especially because I drove across town just to be able to buy something from here and can’t rely on their hours being consistent.
Went at 7:40, both online and in store postage states the store closes at 8pm, doors were locked and employees inside were avoiding eye contact.
The costumer service was horrible. I waited for over 15 minutes just to check out. There were multiple employees standing around and I understand that it was close to closing. However no one acknowledged the long wait time. It was not a good experience. I just want to have someone at least let me know I will be helped.
Lots of unusual things at decent prices!
