Irresponsible staff. Line is long because their is only one register working (while the employee at the register is handling a cell phone call) and the others are grouped up in the back of the floor gossiping rather than considering opening another register to reduce the line. Management and entire staff needs to be retrained. Guy with the glasses was the only responsible employee on the floor and register in making sure he attends the guest while also asking for help not once but twice until he was acknowledged.
