We were not greeted as we walked into the store, even though there was an over abundance of employees, seemingly too concerned with talking to each other than greeting us when we came in. I only mention this, because the quasi self-checkout asked us if we were greeted when we came in the store. The store was crowded and the customers were rude, one lady was screaming at and belittling her child and I thought I was next as I had to walk past her.
