Aggressive pan handlers outside and inside store. I do not recommend bringing your kids to this location. Academy or Target do not have pan handlers its clearly the store not taking the necessary actions to ensure customer safety. Worst trip to 5 below in history. Even the workers are rude.
Rudest customer service from a manager I’ve ever encountered! Girls were sweet but the manager didn’t seem to want to help me inflate my balloons & when she finally did try to help me said it was going to be $20 for 2 balloons. I replied that that was crazy how I could buy a whole tank for $50 and she replied well do that then and slapped the balloon packages back on the counter. Lost my business today! So rude !! Went to check out 3 items and the employee has a major attitude, I hand her cash and she sighs unnecessarily loud and yanks the cash out and hands it to me with an attitude. She’s an older black lady with short hair. Terrible customer service. Why is she working there if she can’t even be nice to people?
