The Asian manager was rude and condescending. I get it, you’re short staffed, so is literally every other retail store in America. If you can’t handle a Sunday as a manager, quit. Retail is not for this lady.
Absolute reprehensible store management. I have worked retail most of my adult life and have been a store manager and I had never in my life heard such disregard and laziness from store management than I heard from here. There is an item my daughter has been after for months and, every time we order it, the store cancels it. We’ve even had some store employees keep them for themselves denying kids the items they want. Good store .but The manager or an employee yelled at my son for bouncing a ball on the “ball bouncing area” sooo rude !! I will. Not bring my business here ever again .
Store manager Cheron was extremely rude and unhelpful when she couldn’t find my online order. She told us to look for the customer service number, even though she totally knew it herself. Waiting to hear back about our order that we paid for.
