2 stars bc they gave me the $20 price after I'd already signed up and I truly appreciate that kindness. At least half the treadmills don't work properly. The stair masters screen is broken so I almost dropped my phone from that high level! Not to mention people are allowed to play music at high volumes to where I can't hear my own headphones at full volume.
