I had an excellent experience at this medical centre. The staff were friendly and professional who made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The clinic was clean, well-organised and had minimal waiting times.
Great practice & reception staff were very kind & helpful. We’ve had great experience with Dr Mrithula!
GPs are good, and booking is easy. Been going here for a year and so far this is the best.
Terrible service today. My 2-year-old daughter woke up with a severely swollen foot from a bite. I called ahead to check whether she needed to be seen or sent to ED. The receptionist told me there were no staff available to see a toddler. A toddler. No referral, no advice, nothing. Toddlers deteriorate quickly in situations like this, that's basic medical knowledge. My GP should be a place I can trust in moments like these, not somewhere that operates like a business with no room for urgent paediatric concerns. Deeply disapp... read more
