While I understand the current rental market has left pickings bare, I would strongly suggest that you keep looking. The new owner is incredibly rude and pretentious for someone trying to rent apartments this close to colfax. Absolutely deplorable customer service and absolutely no after hours oversight or security and both are desperately needed. Neither the owner or the management company seem to understand fair housing or common courtesy.

The place is too noisey hear water running thru pipes kid above me stomping on floor too many barking dogs etc. Have talked to father of boy to no avail. This is like living in the ghetto ; only worse. During the day all you hear is yelling and screaming kids until @ 8 pm.paying $700 a month is a joke for the $1200 it will cost to get out of the lease i am going to move.
