He will smile to your face and act as if he has your best interests in mind when, in reality, he absolutely does not. He is a liar. He is unscrupulous. He is sneaky. He is nosey. Do yourself a favor, use a reputable company, and avoid this agency.
Customer service is excellent. My problem was they couldn't beat the rates that I already had. They gave good advice on my policies even though they couldn't find a lower rate.
