The facility my mother is in rents from this company. The Broda chair broke. She needed another one. We waited 5 days for what? They replaced the chair with that is DIRTY and smells like urine. Calling this company to report this and a missing medical device in one of the pockets was a nightmare. Unhygienic and infection control is an issue. BEWARE!
