Hope in the service department is fantastic. After calling a few times and speaking with Hope each time it is apparent she is knowledgeable and efficient. The service department is the best around.
Best pond builder ever. Dream it and Tim Bock can make it happen. My water feature calms my mind and enriches my soul.

Excellent experience at Koi Fest 2024! The staff were exemplary
I do not know where to Start, From the beginning to the end of my Koi Fest 2024 experience, was amazing. Everyone was so nice and welcomed me there and made me feel like family. After my VIP tour with Bryan (Owner of FFP) he even cut me loose to walk around the farm by myself ! I loved that!!! I took full advantage of that ! 😂 All the Staff of FFP, treated me like family.
