I had an incredible experience with Fitz’s Fish Ponds! From the very first consultation to the completion of the project, they truly brought my vision to life. I was at the store last week to get some aquatic plants. There is such a wide variety of plants to choose from. As usual, Nancy was very knowledgeable about all of the pond plants. She is always helpful and friendly. I will be sure to look for her when I stop by again.
We had a pond emergency. I spoke to Kim, she was very helpful and professional. She called her team to action but unfortunately they didn't service our area. Instead of just telling us they couldn't help, they immediately recommended 2 reputable companies who did service our area. The fact that they cared enough to recommend another company is the sign of a true professional.
Cannot say enough good things about Fitz! My wife and I are so glad we chose them to build our pond & I don’t believe 5 stars does any justice. Very professional and fast! Beth was also a great help throughout the entire process. We had some pool construction issues and they were extremely understanding with schedule changes. Thanks so much guys!
