We had a pond emergency. I spoke to Kim, she was very helpful and professional. She called her team to action but unfortunately they didn't service our area. Instead of just telling us they couldn't help, they immediately recommended 2 reputable companies who did service our area. The fact that they cared enough to recommend another company is the sign of a true professional.
Cannot say enough good things about Fitz! My wife and I are so glad we chose them to build our pond & I don’t believe 5 stars does any justice. Very professional and fast! Beth was also a great help throughout the entire process. We had some pool construction issues and they were extremely understanding with schedule changes. Thanks so much guys!

We just had our backyard pond installed by Fitz’s fish ponds and we couldn’t be happier with the entire process. It all started with the initial call back, to Aaron coming and designing our pond, and especially to the construction crew Rudy, Jose, Axel, job Forman Josh. They came everyday on time and worked hard all day. We took vacation to watch the pond being built and I couldn’t be more impressed. All of the staff are amazing and knowledgeable! Nick is absolutely the best! So helpful and was able to assist me with an overnight emergency I was having with my pond. They always have the products I need and are always there to help! I highly recommend coming here for all your fish/pond needs!!!
