Awesome selection of carnivorous plants as well as pond and freshwater fish and supplies. Ask for Howard he does a great job!
Terrible customer service. So much so that I’m taking the out of our weekend visit to memorialize our specific experience here for all potential future customers to assist with properly setting expectations. The staff here, specifically the short one with the gauge earrings, hanging out around the main pond prior to closing need a refresher course on both customer service and experience. We are having our backyard pond this week and I realized there is a Fitz Fish pond store right next to my work in Green Brook. I’ve been there 2 times last week to prepare and ask questions about everything fish and ponds since I’m new to the world of ponds. The first visit I met Ryan and he was very welcoming and helpful and help me and my wife with all our questions and helped my selected items I needed. My pond never looked so clean and clear. The guys took their time to clean every rock and to handle the koi with care. They were very meticulously with every element and feature in the pond.
Great place! Friendly and helpful staff and good prices!
