Awesome swim
Had a lovely swim here when visiting Melbourne. There are so many lanes that there was plenty of space and all staff were friendly and helpful. Have recommended to other travellers on the way as a great place for a swim!
I love the Fitzroy pool but the whole place is in desperate need of some TLC. The gym was recently closed for a refurb where they did nothing to fix major issues with the layout of the space and even removed some equipment (bar bells) and haven’t replaced them. Getting a locker downstairs has become impossible with half the lockers missing doors or out of action indefinitely. No sign of any progress being made coming into summer.
