We visited the pool on Monday, 30 March at 10:30 am with my NDIS participant. A blonde woman who appeared to be in her 40s or 50s was at reception, and unfortunately the way she handled the situation was very disappointing. She refused to let us enter because my participant did not have a Companion Card, but instead of explaining the policy calmly and respectfully, she did not manage the situation appropriately and made my participant feel invalidated and unsupported. Big pool, lots of lanes, nice water temperature. Sauna & steam & jacuzzi. Nice 100m steadyvpace.
