After waiting a week for an appointment, finally get to see a doctor who wouldn't not listen to anything I said and still waiting for the specialist to call for appointment tment.. No wonder our health system is stuffed...
I'm a type one diabetic, insulin dependent. I rang for an appointment and was told I couldn't get one for 2 weeks. I said I need to get one or I will die without my insulin, I asked to just get a phone appointment with any doctor to get a script, they said we don't do that anymore. So I said then I can go die, they said ring every morning and hope they can squeeze me in. Hopeless and rude on the phone and couldn't care less if I died.
Really good nice staff and doctors.
They never answer there phone on hold for over 40 mins and they cancelled my call
One week ago l visited the clinic and was told they would get me an appointment to see a specialist. Still waiting to be rang to find out, if l wasn't desperate l would be patient. Followed up so fingers crossed l get notified as l can't hold on much longer.
