huge ups to fitzroy north eye centre!! I recently went to a regular optometrist who told me I had nearly 20:20 vision (spoiler alert: I definitely don't) so thought I'd suss an opthamologist for a second opinion as there was no way that could be right (I've had very thick lenses in my spectacles since I was 18 months old lol) I saw megan at fitzroy north eye centre for an assessment and my gut instinct was correct, I'm definitely nowhere near 20:20 vision and have pretty cooked BVD (again not mentioned by the optometrist I w... read more

This afternoon I popped into my local optometrist for a second opinion on some replacement sunglass lenses for my frames. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. They didn’t hesitate for a second, they took a proper look, gave me honest advice, and went above and beyond to sort me out. I was also really impressed with their range of frames. Really great service from the team at Fitzroy North Eye Centre. Came in on a busy Saturday morning (without an appointment) with the staff being really friendly and accomodating to me for taking their time recommending their best range of sunglasses for my face shape and style. I would highly recommend visiting the store!

By far the best eye centre in Melbourne! If you need an eye check and glasses that truly work for you, this is the place. Jamie, Hayden, and Meagan were incredibly helpful in addressing all the issues I was experiencing thoroughly and willingly. They genuinely care about your vision and listen to your needs. I couldn’t recommend this amazing team more.
